Our Distiller's Select series represents the rarest expression of Taconic Distillery bourbon. Rather than releasing every barrel at full strength, our distiller patiently waits for those exceptional barrels that naturally mature beyond 130 proof and deliver a truly remarkable tasting experience.

Each release is hand-selected for its unique character, bottled at its natural barrel proof without dilution and produced in extremely limited quantities - just around 4 to 5 cases. Because every barrel develops differently, no two releases are ever the same. Flavor profiles, aromas, and finishes will evolve from barrel to barrel, making each release a one-of-a-kind snapshot of our bourbon at its peak.

These highly allocated bottles are available only while supplies last. Once a barrel is sold through, it will never be replicated, making every Distiller's Select release a truly limited piece of Taconic Distillery's story.
