Taconic Perfect Manhattan

• 2 oz. Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey

• ½ oz.  Sweet Vermouth

• ½ oz. Dry Vermouth

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

• Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

Fill shaker with ice.  Add rye, vermouths, bitters and stir well.  Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.

 Blood Orange Whiskey Sour

• 2 ½ oz. Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz. Blood Orange Juice

• 1 oz. Simple Syrup

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice

• 1 Egg White (optional)

Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until frothy. Serve in rocks glass and garnish with orange peel.

Taconic Sunset

• 1 ½  oz. Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz. Dry Vermouth

• Juice of one Clementine

• Splash of Taconic Maple Syrup

Stir ingredients together with ice and strain into rocks glass.  Garnish with clementine slice.
